Coach U now offers an electronic Personal Coaching Styles Inventory assessment at www.coachingwell.com. This is a simple yet very nice assessment to help you learn your communication style. I've taught this at Corporate Coach U for a couple years now, and it can be quite helpful in learning how to appreciate our own styles and recognize how to flex to communicate with people who have different styles. You can go to the site and take the assessment for $20.
