Good Morning! I hope you enjoy this issue of Joyful Soaring Tips and find something that helps you have a Joy-Filled week!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~ 1) Joy Juice ~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
You have to make room for your prosperity to come to you . . . . If you make a place for prosperity in your life, it will appear in increasing amounts. It is not until we recognize our union with all aspects of the universal source that we begin to grasp the meaning of prosperity - unlimited substance.
Money is a good place to practice the shift from ideas of lack
and limitation to those of connectedness with infinite source.
Universal substance is always available in invisible form and
able to provide us with everything we need in any form we choose.
- Janet Lee Mitchell, Conscious Evolution.

~~ 2) Taking Action ~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Release those thoughts of lack, limitation, and scarcity in your life and create space for prosperity in all its forms! Notice the abundance that already exists in your life.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~ 3) Let's Ponder ~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
April in the U. S. is tax time. Our thoughts are too often focused on lack and scarcity this time of year. Let's look at April from another vantage point:
Do you own a car? If you do, that means you are wealthier than 93% of the world's population.
What king or queen of 100 years ago could walk into a building and review a selection of 20,000 food and household items? We have that opportunity every time we go grocery shopping!
Let's use April to be grateful for the incredible abundance
around us every day. Be thankful for the wealth your taxes represent
that you have right now. Say THANK YOU with every check you write,
and keep abundance flowing.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~ 4) Soaring Free ~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Since we're on the topic of abundance, here's a valuable exercise to build into your day:
Make a daily habit of listing 5 things you're grateful for each day and record them in your gratitude journal.
If you have feelings of scarcity or never enough, this exercise
will help convert those feelings to an inner sense of abundance
and peace. Start today!
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
~~ 5) Shift Time ~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Most people who are struggling with money issues have these 3 traits:
* They don't know how much they spend and on what they spend
it
* They have limiting beliefs about money and their ability to
have it abundantly
* They are embarrassed and in denial about their money situation
and find it almost impossible to talk specifically about it to
anyone
Each of these traits can lock them in scarcity and pain for as long as they can endure it. Each of these traits can be abandoned and changed quickly when the person is ready. We can do this for ourselves, and it won't be nearly as painful as we've disasterized it in our minds.
Which one are you ready to eliminate in your life?
~~ 6) Joy Supplies ~~~
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
There are some great books out there to support our shift to abundance. Most folks are familiar with Suze Orman's books. Her newest one is The Courage to Be Rich.
And Thomas Stanley, who wrote The Millionaire Next Door, has a new book out: The Millionaire Mind.
Other books you may find helpful are:
Joe Dominguez and Vicki Robin's Your Money or Your Life.
Julia Cameron and Mark Bryan's Money Drunk, Money Sober.
And one I chose for its title but that is pretty good: Barbara Stanny's Prince Charming Isn't Coming: How Women Get Smart About Money.
